Nse earned her first degree in Theater Arts from the University of Calabar.

As the eldest of six children, Nse shared in an interview that she had Caucasian Godparents. She married Clifford Sule, her childhood friend, on February 14, 2013, in Lagos. Their traditional wedding ceremonies took place in Akwa Ibom State and Lagos.
