Peterson Okopi (born August 8, 1997), whose full name is Adikwu Peterson Okopi, is a Nigerian gospel recording artist, songwriter, and music minister. He hails from Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State, Nigeria. Peterson is signed to TWC Records, based in Lagos, Nigeria, and is best known for his hit song "Amazing God."

Peterson had a vibrant childhood filled with numerous memorable experiences. His journey into music began at the tender age of 7, and he has since grown into a prominent figure in the music industry.
Born to Mr. and Mrs. Adikwu, Peterson grew up on the Nigerian Air Force Base in Ikeja, Lagos, where his father served as an air force personnel. Coming from a family of six, he enjoyed immense love and support from his family, which played a crucial role in discovering his musical talent at the age of 5.
Peterson Okopi received his primary and secondary education at the Nigerian Air Force Primary and Secondary School in Lagos. After secondary school, he proceeded to Yaba College of Technology (YabaTech) in Lagos, where he earned an Ordinary National Diploma in English. He is currently pursuing a B.Sc in Mass Communication at the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN).
Growing up in a musically inclined family where both parents were music enthusiasts, Peterson Okopi started singing at a young age. By 7, he was already ministering as a soloist in his church choir. Over the years, he developed into a full-fledged artist, ministering in various churches nationwide.
Peterson has performed on some of Africa's largest church platforms and events, such as MMPRAISE, organized by the Redeemed Christian Church Of God (RCCG) to celebrate Pastor E.A. Adeboye’s birthday. He has also performed at the Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly (COZA), Mass Concert, and Reflection Concert, among others. He has shared stages with renowned gospel music artists like Chevelle Franklin, Nathaniel Bassey, Dunsin Oyekan, Judikay, Efe Nathan, and many others.
In 2018, Peterson Okopi released his debut single, "Amazing God." Following the song's success, he released his second single, "Baba," in 2019. In 2020, under TWC Records, he released "Up To Something" after signing with the label.
In 2021, he released another single, "Oga Eme," and the visuals for "Amazing God," in preparation for his debut album, which was released in May 2021 under TWC Records. The album, titled Osuba, was one of the most anticipated releases of 2021 and has proven to be worth the wait.
