A shocking incident occurred at Nnamdi Azikiwe University involving a 300-level female student who physically assaulted a lecturer after he interrupted her TikTok video.
The lecturer had politely asked the student to let him pass, saying "Excuse me." Although she allowed him to pass, she did so rudely, accusing him of hitting her in the process.
When the lecturer returned to address her behavior, the student became violent, attacking him, grabbing his clothes, and even biting him. Other students intervened, trying to separate her from the lecturer. Throughout the ordeal, the lecturer remained calm,
raising his hands to show he did not retaliate.
The student later accused the lecturer of attempting to sexually assault her, which she claimed prompted her actions. The lecturer sought medical attention for his injuries and later shared his side of the story.
lt was revealed that the student's mother is also a lecturer at the university, possibly contributing to her audacity.
The incident, captured on video, went viral, sparking mixed reactions online. Some commenters speculated that the student might be dealing with mental health issues, while others criticized TikTok for negatively influencing the younger generation.
The video has since generated widespread debate.
