Bovi Ugboma's journey began in Benin City, where he attended UNIBEN staff school for primary education. In 1991, he joined Government College, Ughelli in Delta State. After various shifts due to disciplinary reasons and parental concerns, he completed his secondary education at Boys Model Secondary School, Onicha Olona. In 1998, Bovi gained admission to Delta State University, studying Theatre Arts.
In April 2007, Bovi ventured into comedy, featuring in the sitcom "Extended Family," which he also wrote and produced. His rise continued, headlining the prestigious "Night of a Thousand Laughs" franchise by 2011. Notably, Bovi's stand-up specials, including "Bovi: Man on Fire," garnered international acclaim, featuring stars like Ja Rule and Ashanti. In 2018, he initiated the "BACK TO SCHOOL" series on YouTube, showcasing his versatility.
Bovi made his mark in the Nigerian film industry, premiering "It's Her Day" in 2016 and starring in "4-1-Love" in the same year.
