A media aide to the Delta State Governor, Ossai Ovie Success, has publicly criticized Sound City Radio and Television over what he described as inappropriate attire worn by one of its female presenters.

Ossai, who serves as the Senior Special Assistant on Media, expressed his displeasure on social media after photos of the presenter in a revealing outfit circulated online.
"Dear Sound City Radio, I am disappointed in you. Is this how your staff or guests dress to work? This is unprofessional and embarrassing to the profession. I demand an apology. I am highly disappointed," he wrote on Facebook.
His statement sparked widespread online discussions about professionalism in media attire. While some supported his stance, emphasizing the need for media organizations to maintain standards, others argued that personal fashion choices should not undermine professional competence.
Sound City Radio has yet to respond to the criticism. However, the incident has reignited conversations about dress codes in Nigeria’s media industry and how organizations navigate the balance between self-expression and workplace ethics.
