Etinosa Idemudia was born in Warri, Delta State, to Sylvester Idemudia and Patricia Idemudia. Her father is a retired group general manager of Greenfield Refineries (NNPC Group), while her mother is a reverend and founder of Victory Group of Schools. Etinosa attended Victory International School for primary education and later studied at Cambridge International School in Warri and Igbinedion Education Centre in Benin, Edo State for secondary education.
In 2011, she earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Covenant University. Following graduation, Etinosa worked as a Planning Engineer with Delattre Bezons Nigeria, a subsidiary of Entrepose Contracting, focusing on oil and gas construction projects. However, in 2016, she transitioned into acting full-time. Etinosa pursued a Diploma in Performing Arts from the Royal Arts Academy, owned by renowned filmmaker Emem Isong.
Shortly thereafter, she quickly became involved in various movies and TV productions, showcasing her talent in projects such as "Made for More," "The Miracle Centre," "Wrongfully Hers," "Devil in Agbada," "Blindspot," "Stacy," "The Call," and "The Millions."
In 2013, Etinosa discovered Instagram Videos and started creating comedy skits, gaining popularity on the platform. Her success led to winning the Best Online Comic Act at the 2016 Scream Awards. Subsequently, she joined the Royal Arts Academy in Lagos, earning a Diploma in Performing Arts. Etinosa then left her engineering job to pursue a full-time entertainment career.
She made her acting debut with a minor role in "A Little White Lie" produced by Emem-Isong. Since then, Etinosa has featured in notable Nollywood productions like "Devil in Agbada," "Blood of Enogie," "The Call," "Chairman," "Corpershun," and "Love in the Wrong Places." In 2017, she won Best Actress at the 48 Hours Film Project for her role in the short film "Scheme."
In 2018, Etinosa produced her first feature film, "The Washerman," featuring notable Nigerian entertainers. She received the Best Actress in a TV series (Africa) award at the 2021 Hollywood and African Prestigious Awards.
Outside of acting, Etinosa created content for MTN's Comedy Plus platform and is a brand ambassador for MUVng, a vehicle-for-hire company in Benin, Edo State. During the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020, she initiated a weekly online talent competition for aspiring actors on her social media platforms.
In December 2020, Etinosa celebrated the arrival of her first child with her partner. However, in September 2021, she faced the loss of her father after he struggled with an undisclosed illness. Etinosa shared a heartfelt tribute on her social media, expressing the profound pain of losing him.
Etinosa faced significant backlash for appearing nude during MC Galaxy's Instagram live session on March 15, 2019. This incident occurred several months after she claimed that her husband had threatened her life.
While some believed she might have been under the influence of alcohol or dealing with depression at the time, others thought it could have been a publicity stunt aimed at increasing her fame.
