Fally Ipupa N'simba (born December 14, 1977), popularly known as Fally Ipupa, is a Congolese singer-songwriter, dancer, guitarist, producer, and philanthropist. Originating from Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, he was a member of Quartier Latin International from 1999 to 2006, a band established in 1986 by Koffi Olomidé.
His debut solo album, Droit Chemin, was released in 2006 and sold over 100,000 copies. His second album, Arsenal de Belles Melodies, came out in 2009. In 2007, Fally Ipupa received the Kora Award for Best Artist or Group from Central Africa.

Fally Ipupa N'simba was born on December 14, 1977, in Kinshasa, to Faustin Ebombo Ipupa and Monique Botuli Mbo. In the early 1990s, he began performing street music with friends using improvised instruments. By 1997, he joined the group Talents Latents, which led to his television debut with their album Nouvelle Vague.
In 1999, he was introduced to Koffi Olomidé, who was seeking replacements after a major split in his band. Koffi hired Fally, who quickly became a prominent member of Quartier Latin International, gaining unique opportunities and exposure. This period allowed Fally to develop his solo career ambitions, leading to his debut solo album, Droit Chemin, which was released in 2006 with the support of producer David Monsoh and Obouo Music.
Following the success of *Droit Chemin*, Fally Ipupa continued to enjoy a prosperous career. His subsequent albums received positive reviews, and he collaborated with many international artists. His second album, *Arsenal de Belles Melodies* (A2BM), achieved platinum status with over a million copies sold in 2009. In 2010, Fally won the MTV Africa Music Awards for Best Video (for "Sexy Dance") and Best Francophone Artist. On June 11, 2011, he performed at the African Night at Stade de France alongside other prominent African musicians. In 2018, he was nominated for the MTV EMAs Best African Act, competing with leading African pop stars like Davido and Tiwa Savage.

Fally Ipupa's first wife was Nicki Barcelone, with whom he has two children, Kayna and Kelia. His current wife is Nana Ketchup, and they have five children together.
As of 2024, Fally Ipupa is one of Africa's most successful musicians, with an estimated net worth of $15 million.
