Magnito was born on September 15, 1993, in Abuja. He completed his primary and secondary education in Abuja as well. Magnito belongs to the Idoma tribe, which is located in Benue state in North-central Nigeria.

 

 

In 2007, he obtained a degree in business management from the University of Jos (Unijos) in Plateau state.

 

 

To pursue his ambition of becoming a rapper, Magnito relocated to Lagos. He began rapping at the age of 19, but it was at the age of 24 that he made his professional breakthrough.

Magnito began his rap journey at the age of 19, but it was when he turned 24 that he made his professional breakthrough. In 2010, he released his first single called "Medicine Girl," but took a break afterwards. However, it was his song titled "If I Get Money," released in 2016, that brought him fame.

 

 

The track received significant streams and airplay, leading Magnito to create a remix of the song. For the remix, he collaborated with the talented reggae dancehall singer, Patoranking.
