Eke, the youngest of eight siblings—seven boys and one girl, was born and raised in Owerri. He attended Holy Ghost College and pursued his tertiary education at Imo State University, where he later earned a master's degree in International Relations.
Post-education, Eke entered Nollywood, making a notable debut in the acclaimed film "Indecent Proposal." Since then, he has featured in over 150 Nigerian movies, including "The Code," "Spade: The Last Assignment," and "Mirror of Life," collaborating with actors like Zubby Michael, Junior Pope, and Chacha Eke.

In 2001, Eke married renowned singer Muma Gee, and the couple welcomed twins, Chika and Chisa, in 2014, followed by a daughter named Okwuluoka in 2016. Although their marriage faced challenges in late 2016, reports in January 2018 suggested they had reconciled. Eke resides in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
